Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production workflow for signage fabrication, advertising displays, and large format printing​ jobs
• Plan and prioritise production operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay across multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee the production team in metal fabrication, LED lightbox assembly, lettering production, welding, neon-lighting, printing, laminating, and installation​
• Allocate work schedules for operators, installers, and print technicians to meet project deadlines
• Conduct quality checks and control throughout various stages of production — from pre-press file readiness to final finished signage
• Ensure colour accuracy, registration, and adherence to client specifications for printed outputs
• Manage material inventory, consumables (vinyl, ink, substrates), and equipment maintenance
• Track production KPIs such as output, defects, wastage, and on-time delivery; ensure costs remain within budget
• Promote safe work practices and adhere to all applicable WSH, EHS & PPE regulations; report incidents, injuries, near-misses to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience​ in signage manufacturing, large format printing, or related advertising display production
• Familiar with signage fabrication processes​ (metal work, welding, LED, neon-lighting) and/or printing workflows​ (digital, solvent, UV, latex printing)
• Basic understanding of WSH regulations​ and safe work practices in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
