This is what we are looking for from you

As Technical Lead/Product Owner, you will take on technical responsibility for our products related to Dräger end devices in the Client Workplace area of Global IT. In doing so, you will develop product strategies and adapt Life Cycle Management to the needs of your customers.

Your future tasks:

• Provision of Dräger devices for all employees
• Client Management & Lifecycle (HW/OS), support for all platforms (Linux, macOS etc.)
• Provision of special hardware for development, production, logistics, and service technicians
• Further development of the product in cooperation with customers, management, and the product team
• Technical leadership of the product team
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the product budget
• Managing the Product Backlog including moderation of User Story workshops
• Monitoring SLAs and product KPIs, as well as their regular optimization
• Developing sourcing strategies (make or buy)
• Building external networks and partnerships
• Controlling service providers

What you bring to the role

• Successfully completed university degree
• Comprehensive know-how in the IT operation of client hardware
• Comprehensive know-how regarding relevant operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, etc.) in the client environment
• Task-related professional experience as well as budget and (international) project responsibility
• Knowledge of agile methods: DevOps among others
• Interest in "Leading Edge" technologies
• Know-how in modern leadership concepts
• Business fluent English skills
