Due to expansion, DR MÉXICO is looking for a Service Level Analyst with experience in advanced data analysis, a meticulous focus on quality, and the development of reports and interactive dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with DEGREE and PROFESSIONAL LICENSE MANDATORY, NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in database analysis and report preparation
- Advanced Excel
- Technical English
- Indispensable experience in:
- Management of SCRUM, ITIL, BASE DE DATOS, SQL Server
- Knowledge of interactive data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Main responsibilities
- Monitoring of SLAs
- Advanced data analysis
- Preparation of reports and analytical dashboards
- Data quality control
- Development of reports and control panels
