WE’RE HIRING – CLINIC SUPERVISOR Position:  Clinic Supervisor Salary:  SGD $4,000 – $6,000 per month Industry:  Aesthetic / Medical Clinic Employment Type:  Full-Time Location:  Singapore We are looking for an experienced and responsible  Clinic Supervisor  to oversee daily clinic operations, support the team, and ensure a high standard of patient service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

Supervise, guide and support clinic staff

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance

Ensure SOPs and clinic policies are properly followed

Handle patient enquiries, consultations and service recovery when required

Follow up with leads and existing patients to improve conversion and retention

Monitor individual and clinic sales performance

Motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate doctors' schedules, appointments and manpower arrangements

Ensure patient records, treatment cards and invoices are accurately maintained

Manage stock levels and ensure treatment rooms and clinic areas are properly maintained

Handle operational issues and escalate important matters to management

Assist management with staff training and performance improvement

Prepare daily/monthly operational and sales reports

Requirements Previous  supervisory or management experience  in an aesthetic clinic, medical clinic, beauty or service industry preferred

Strong leadership and people-management skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Sales-oriented with the ability to lead the team towards targets

Responsible, organised and able to solve problems independently

Able to handle patient complaints professionally

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment

Basic computer and administrative skills

Aesthetic clinic experience will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits Salary: SGD $3,000 – $6,000/month Salary will be offered according to relevant experience, leadership capability and previous clinic/sales performance. We are looking for someone who can  take ownership of the clinic, lead the team, maintain service standards and drive overall clinic performance.
