*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software, including cleardent, or similar software and CAD systems. The Associate Dentist will play a vital role in maintaining the practice?s standards of excellence and patient satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

  • Perform general dentistry procedures such as examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns with precision and care
  • Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs
  • Utilize dental software such as cleardent or similar for charting, scheduling, and documentation
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth practice operations
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology including CAD systems for restorative procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards

*Qualifications*

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid state dental license in good standing
  • Experience with dental office management software such as Cleardent or similar
  • Proficiency in CAD technology for restorative work is preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is desirable
  • Good experience with emergency pts
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
  • Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $100,879.40-$412,479.77 per year
