IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) for Self-Service Systems (Business Analyst)

Your Tasks

• Contact person for our customers on all questions regarding the daily system use of our self-service solution »eCMS-Suite«.
• Implementation of improvement suggestions from customer feedback and development and coordination of innovative and sustainable solutions with our customers.
• Interface between our development and the customer's specialist department.
• Participation in analysis, planning, and specification creation for programming.
• Creation and execution of test plans for quality assurance.
• Execution of acceptance tests in the customer environment on-site.

Your Profile

• Completed studies with an IT focus or technical training (e.g., as a Fachinformatiker/-in).
• IT affinity, strong analytical thinking, and quality awareness.
• Strong communication skills and high problem-solving competence.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Team player.
