As a senior employee operations in Vijfhuizen, you are an important link within our 24/7 operation. You will work together with colleagues from inbound, outbound, and sorting, and ensure that thousands of packages reach their destination on time every day. What will you do? An average workday consists of coordinating, monitoring, and supporting operational processes within the depot. Your responsibilities include:

• Directing, guiding, and supporting operational colleagues on the shop floor.
• Monitoring package flows and overseeing quality and productivity.
• Identifying and resolving deviations within operational processes.
• Processing administrative data and operational analyses.
• Onboarding and guiding new colleagues.
• Supervising compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues, drivers, and external partners.

In addition, you will regularly take on a coordinating role and support the teamleader operations where necessary.

You will join an enthusiastic operational team of employees, senior employees, and team leaders. Together, you will process thousands of packages daily and ensure that our customers can rely on fast and reliable delivery. Within our 24/7 operation, we work with various shifts. During an introduction, we would like to discuss which working hours suit you best.

• 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)
• 23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)
• 07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)
• 14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound / Support)
• 14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)
• 16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2.517,12 and € 3.574,03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
• A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.
• A favorable ORT (irregularity allowance):

* 30% between 20:00 and 24:00; * 45% between 00:00 and 06:00; * 50% on Saturdays and Sundays; * 100% on public holidays;

What do you bring?

• At least VMBO-GL/TL/LBO work and thinking level.
• At least 2 years of relevant logistical or operational work experience.
• Good command of the English language is required. Command of the Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience with logistical processes, warehouse work, or package processing.
• The ability to direct and guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in different shifts within a 24/7 operation.
