As a shunter driver, you are responsible for the safe and timely transport of packages within the DPD depot in Best. You do this by shunting and moving the loads one by one, so that the sorting process runs flawlessly and the packages can be delivered on time.

Who are you Who are you as a shunter at DPD?
- Driver's license B is sufficient, you remain on your own premises
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Reliable, responsible and flexible in working hours
- Willingness to work in 2 shift patterns
What are you going to do You work in a shift pattern with the following working hours: Day shift: 13:00 - 21:30 Night shift: 21:30 - 06:00 You start on Sunday night and work through until Friday morning in the morning shift.
- Driving the shuttle bus between different locations within the depot
- Carefully loading, unloading and shunting packages according to plan
- Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure safety
- Communicating with colleagues and logistics employees, especially in English
- Contributing to a smooth logistics process so that the 100,000 packages per day can be processed and shipped on time
Where are you going to work DPD processes more than 100,000 packages daily that are delivered to our depots, sorted and prepared for distribution. As a shunter, you play an important role in this. You ensure that the packages at the depot in Best are moved quickly and efficiently between the various sorting and loading points.
