As a Logistics Team Leader at DPD Nederland, you will daily lead the team in our depot in Joure that processes thousands of parcels. You ensure productivity, quality, and safety.

As a Logistics Team Leader at DPD Nederland, you lead the team daily in our depot in Joure. You are responsible for a part of the logistics operation, where together with a fellow team leader, thousands of parcels are processed safely and on time. You manage based on productivity, quality, and safety, resolve bottlenecks, and are given the space to improve processes and further develop your team.

What will you do?

• Leading, coaching, and motivating logistics employees
• Creating and monitoring the daily staff planning
• Monitoring KPIs, quality, safety, and productivity
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Guiding daily starts and ensuring clear communication with the team
• Initiating and implementing process improvements within the depot

What do you bring?

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience in logistics, transport, production, or operations
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus, but we are also happy to help you if you are still learning it
• Coaching, result-oriented attitude with an enterprising character

What do we offer?

• Salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• 38.75 hours per week (1 fte) in a fixed rotating schedule (afternoon shift 11:00-19:30 and night shift 02:00-11:30, alternating every two weeks)
• Favorable irregularity allowance: 30% between 20:00-24:00, 45% between 00:00-06:00, 50% on Saturday and Sunday, 100% on public holidays
