Senior Expert Billing Management (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Ensuring correct and timely invoicing of services rendered for national and international customers (including clarification of open items)
• Reviewing complex customer contracts and Service Agreements for billing-relevant content, as well as ensuring correct implementation in the billing process
• Participation in projects for digitalization, process optimization, and the further development of Finance and billing systems (especially Billing processes)
• Control, quality assurance, and optimization of billing processes as well as performance evaluation, including analysis of discrepancies, escalation cases, and billing complaints
• Point of contact for complex queries in the area of Billing Management / Invoicing and, if necessary, technical support for junior employees
• Close cooperation and consultation with Sales, SAP IT, Dispute and Receivables Management

Strengths:

• Completed degree in a business-related field or completed commercial training with corresponding professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the area of Billing Management / Invoicing / billing and invoicing solutions
• Very good application knowledge in SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3, ideally supplemented by experience with SAP BRIM
• High level of initiative, confident appearance, assertiveness, communication skills, and team spirit
• Good, conversational English skills are mandatory
