Senior Expert Accounts Receivables (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Leading sub-projects for the further development and automation of processes in receivables management as well as developing strategies for risk minimization and debt collection
  • Independent processing of complex receivables and their collection, as well as any monitoring of deadlines and time limits
  • Independent handling of collection processes as well as judicial debt collection, e.g., by applying for payment orders as well as handling compulsory enforcement, such as attachments and bailiff orders
  • Contact person for complex issues in the accounts receivable area and, if necessary, technical support for junior employees
  • Identification of potential credit risks and early initiation of suitable measures, as well as the creation of regular reports (Aging Reports, DSO, receivables analyses)
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders such as Dispute Management and Sales to process and reduce the receivables balance

Strengths:

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or completed commercial training with corresponding professional qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the area of Accounts Receivables / Cash Collection
  • Very good application knowledge in SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3, ideally supplemented by experience with SAP BRIM
  • Mature knowledge of German and international accounting (HGB, IFRS)
  • High level of initiative, confident appearance, assertiveness, communication skills, and team spirit
  • Good, conversationally proficient English skills are mandatory
