Manager Sales Performance & Incentivization (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Establishment and further development of metric-based performance management concepts for sales as well as individual sales channels
• Operationalization of strategic requirements through the derivation of controllable KPIs
• Support in the implementation of the forecast and budget process in sales
• Analytical derivation and recommendation of suitable cross-functional measures for sales steering
• Advising sales executives on strategic questions regarding KPI-based sales steering
• Development and implementation of suitable incentivization models to operationalize sales targets in close cooperation with the CSO and sales executives
• Regular review and improvement of incentivization models

Strengths:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Sales Performance, Analytics, or sales steering
• Experience with CRM or HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SuccessFactors) is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• High degree of analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills
