CONTAINER CONTROLLING CLERK (M/F/D)
As a Container Controlling Clerk (m/f/d), you will ensure that container stocks and movements are reliably monitored. You will coordinate repair processes, coordinate with shipping lines and internal departments, and contribute to avoiding unnecessarily long dwell times.

YOUR TASKS:
- You manage and control container stocks and movements at the Germersheim location.
- You monitor dangerous goods containers, reefer container orders, and container dwell times.
- In coordination with shipping lines, you ensure that the required equipment is available.
- You document damages, inform the responsible shipping lines, and prepare cost estimates for container repairs.
- You look after customers, work with the respective M&R systems, and support monthly billing.
- You work mainly in the office and, if necessary, undertake individual tasks directly at the terminal.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- You have completed commercial vocational training or comparable professional experience. Training in office management is an advantage.
- Initial professional experience in commercial administration, logistics, at a shipping line, or in a container environment is desirable. Entry without corresponding professional experience is also possible.
- You have good English skills and are proficient in using MS Office. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and maintain an overview even with several parallel tasks.
- You communicate confidently with various contact persons and enjoy working with drivers, terminal operators, shipping lines, and other internal departments. Other language skills, for example in Russian, Polish, or Turkish, are welcome.
