Business Operation Manager (Korean Speaker)

ROLE SUMMARY
Support the Business Development team in running daily operations. This is a coordination and operations role, not a sales role. You keep the BD engine organized so deals keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the BD pipeline and deal tracker; keep deal stages, contacts, and next actions current.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners and internal teams, and prepare briefing materials.
- Capture minutes and action items, then follow up to completion.
- Support drafting and formatting of proposals, decks, and one-pagers.
- Coordinate NDA and contract workflows; track document and signature status.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the team and Korea HQ.
- Handle general BD operational and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in operations, business/BD operations, project coordination, or executive support, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Strong organization and follow-through across many parallel tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM, and document/deck tools.
- High discretion with confidential commercial information.
- Korean language proficiency is required (TOPIK Level 5–6 or equivalent). Fluent in both spoken and written Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional/business setting.
