Sales Executive

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building relationships that support long-term retention and account growth.

Maintain regular communication and account visits with key clients, understanding their evolving storage, handling, and service needs.

Prospect, qualify, and pursue new client accounts to grow facility utilization and revenue.

Lead contract negotiations for new and renewing clients, within terms and rate floors approved by the General Manager.

Perform other tasks as assigned
