Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting physicians, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction

• Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows

• Oversee preparation of reports.

• Supervise administrative and clinical support staff

• Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment

• Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings

• Oversee staff document and manage invoicing, and payment processes

• Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting required)

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care

• Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Accuro EMR : 1 year (required)
• Management: 2 years (preferred)
• Family Physician Clinic Management : 2 years (required)
