Sales Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team. This Retail Supervisor job in Dorchester would give you the opportunity to work with luxury products and a fashionable brand. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development Maintain a high level of product knowledge Assist in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers Deliver a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team Salary and Benefits:
