Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.

Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency Show an ability to plan & prioritise workloads & delegate accordingly Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development Knowing company history, vision, mission & values Maintaining a high level of product knowledge Continuously assisting in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers Continuously working with the “company way” of selling to optimize yours and the teams’ personal sales performance Guarantee a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties Attend meetings when company representation is required and conduct behaviour appropriately Attend learning & development workshops to develop relevant brand knowledge and skills Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team

Minimum Skills and Experience:

Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using a till system An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company A positive and inspiring personality Ambitious Excellent communication skills Honesty and Integrity
