Lettings Manager
Wimbledon
A well-established property and asset management business based in Wimbledon is looking for a motivated and confident Lettings Manager to join its busy team. Managing a substantial portfolio of properties across London, you will play a key role in the day-to-day lettings operation, overseeing the process from initial enquiries through to successful tenancy agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating online property listings
- Responding to and managing applicant enquiries
- Sourcing and qualifying prospective tenants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up with applicants and progressing potential lets
- Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Building and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships
- Managing and resolving tenant queries and issues professionally
- Providing general office administration and support
- Working towards individual and company targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident, well-presented and professional
- Naturally personable with strong sales ability
- Experienced in sales, customer service or a similar client-facing environment
- Confident communicating with people over the telephone and in person
- Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Comfortable using initiative and working independently
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- A strong team player
Working Hours & Travel
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm No car required Travel to properties across London is covered by the company
