As a full-time Front Office Agent, you strive to exceed our guest expectations and improve our outstanding service and high-quality product on a daily basis. Together we surprise and delight our guests by showing that we genuinely care. You deal with general guests' requests and complaints in all forms and assist management in responding to guest reviews. Your keen eye for detail means you never miss a thing and can ensure that our guests receive a warm, comfortable service. Our team members are always on hand to help. They're the local insiders for our guests, with the knowledge and know-how, to help you make the most out of every stay. What you will be doing:
- Care for our guests' every need
- Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out – take IDs, and handing out room keys
- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and telling them about ways to improve their stay
- Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Know what is going on in the city and help guests plan their stay.
- Providing excellent service and guest experience
- Assisting guests in any requests
- Look after the safety en security of the hotel and its guests
- Have fun with your colleagues in serving our guests.
- Handling of basic problems and guest complaints
- Carrying out of administrative tasks
- Telephone Operator tasks
Functie-eisen: What do we expect of you:
- Service-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Representative appearance
- Strong organizer and planner
- Work under pressure
- Great eye for detail
- Experienced with computers and Microsoft Office
- A Hotel or Tourism education is preferred
- Fluent in English is a must, fluent Dutch is desirable
- One year of Front Office Experience would be nice but otherwise we can also teach you this awesome job!
