ASSISTANT ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Assisting in collaborating with other engineers and cross-functional team members to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
- Inspecting, maintaining & controlling engineering inventory.
- Assist engineers in evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.
- Assist engineers in determining engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests.
- Assist the Engineer in preparing engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Assist engineers in resolving engineering/production problems by collecting and analyzing information.
- Assist the Engineer in maintaining project team accomplishments by following up on project status, coordinating the schedule with the cross-functional team & shipment plan.
- Assist the Engineer in preparing work instructions, guidelines & technical files by describing operational and testing methods and procedures.
- Carrying out tasks given by the engineer.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to interact well with various departments and different levels of staff
- Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
