These are your tasks:

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of all measures regarding incoming complaints
• Continuous monitoring and comparison of measure implementation
• Participation in the creation and optimization of complaint processes
• Creation of complaint reports
• Systematic determination and evaluation of quality-relevant complaint key figures
• Support of the assembly area project production (socket combinations)

Your skills: You should have the following points in your luggage:

• Successfully completed technical training with subsequent further training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering / mechatronics (m/f/d), alternatively a completed further training as an industrial master in electrical engineering / mechatronics (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in the field of quality management, preferably focusing on complaint processing
• Knowledge in control cabinet construction
• Knowledge in the field of electronics manufacturing/processing
• Good MS-Office and English skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking as well as a conscientious way of working
• A high degree of service and customer orientation
• Teamwork skills and willingness to travel (1-2 times per quarter)
