Project Manager (m/f/d) Development

Location: Gummersbach Employment type(s): Full-time

Bringing together what belongs together! This position is particularly aimed at experienced project managers and project leaders with a technical background who manage development projects in an industrial environment. We are looking for applicants with experience in classical and agile project management, portfolio management, as well as in handling project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

These are your tasks:

• Setup and maintenance of a project management system incl. mapping in pro-alpha
• Planning and monitoring of all internal and external development projects in cooperation with the development departments
• Analysis of the development portfolio and derivation of recommendations for action
• Collaboration on the product roadmap
• Creating reports for the CTO and the management board
• Supporting the further development of methodological competence within the company

Your skills: You should have the following points in your luggage:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project leader, preferably PMI certification
• Experience in industrial development processes
• Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall
• Knowledge in portfolio management
• Experience in creating KPI reports and presentations
• Experience in Quality Management
• Experience in Test Management
• Confident handling of tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence), pro-Alpha experience is an advantage
• Very good English skills
