You are wanted! You are our top candidate (m/f/d) if you are looking for a new professional challenge within the framework of temporary employment as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) in full-time and are proficient in the following tasks:
- Planning, coordination and control of transports, taking into account capacities, deadlines and costs
- Dispatching of vehicles, drivers and goods flows
- Monitoring and optimizing delivery times and transport routes
- Communication with customers, suppliers and driving personnel
- Creation of tour plans, shipping and delivery documents
- Support in the analysis of logistics processes and suggestions for increasing efficiency
- Complaint and damage processing

Your skills: You should have the following points in your luggage:
- completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. freight forwarding/logistics) or comparable qualification
- experience in dispatching or in the transport sector required
- confident handling of ERP systems/dispatching tools (Transporeon); MS Office skills (MS 365) required
- organizational talent, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- good communication skills, team spirit and service orientation
- English skills required
