Sr. Engineer (Facilities & Maintenance)

Job Description Manage Building Management System (BMS) Integrated Factory Management System (IFMS)  Introduce new & upcoming technological trends in facility engineering that positively impact current business practices and select solutions through research partners and strategic suppliers.  Using data trend analysis to provide the cause, remedies, and make long term improvement  Work with stakeholders and see through the successful applications and implementation of building facility maintenance systems.  Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.  Participate in engineering projects, including design reviews, installation, and commissioning activities.  Plan and Carry out Preventive Maintenance programs (TPM) for facility, production machines 

Job Requirements At least 3 years of experience in facilities and plant maintenance.  Able to work independently with very little supervision and good interpersonal skills  Able to write a detailed report and presentation for management review  Proactively and innovative in creating project proposals, be able to adapt to changes  Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Facility Engineering
