In this versatile role, you will ensure that export orders run smoothly, shipments are delivered on time, and customers are optimally supported. Your tasks

As an Export Assistant, you are responsible for processing and managing export orders from start to finish. You are the point of contact for customers, distributors, and logistical partners, ensuring that deliveries take place correctly and on time.

Your duties include, among others:

• Receiving, processing, and managing customer orders.
• Checking order data, product availability, and delivery dates.
• Coordinating and optimizing order flows for distributors.
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and delays and responding to them proactively.
• Maintaining contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and specific requirements.
• Planning and coordinating international shipments.
• Monitoring export documentation and country-specific requirements.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external logistical service providers.
• Supporting aftersales processes, including claims and requests for spare parts.
• Ensuring correct and timely handling of customer inquiries.

Requirements

• You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You have experience within logistics, preferably in the field of export or order management.
• You are organizationally strong and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You work accurately and maintain an overview, even when the workload is high.
• You are commun
