The extra sommelier opportunity is available from December 22, 2026, to January 2, 2027.

In this role, your main missions will be the following:

You are responsible for taking orders

You take care of checking the setup by the commis

You perform the equipment inventory

You establish the technical sheets for wines by the glass

You participate in upselling

You ensure dining room service

You control the cellar of the day

You take care of the glassware setup in the dining room

You control the wines by the glass and the champagnes by the glass and you take care of the setup

Checking the wine lists
