To strengthen our team in the Logistics area - Shipping Department, a full-time position with the following tasks is being advertised at Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt: 1 Clerk for the Shipping Office

Your tasks

• Creation of shipping documents and maintenance of schedules

• Support in the warehouse area as well as cooperation in the organization and optimization of logistical processes, including goods receipt, shipping preparation, and stock controls

• Support of Europe-wide truck dispatching as well as close cooperation with partners and logistics service providers throughout Europe

• Administration & control of invoices and orders

• General office administration tasks

• Cross-departmental cooperation with production, technology, purchasing, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Commercial training (completed apprenticeship, HAK, or a comparable qualification), experience in the field of logistics / transport is an advantage

• Good knowledge in the application of Microsoft 365

• Independent and responsible way of working

• Team player & communicative

• English skills in spoken and written form

Legal notice regarding remuneration: The annual minimum basic salary is based on the collective agreement (KV) of the metalworking industry. The actual salary is oriented towards the Vorarlberg salary level and, depending on professional training and experience, is above the KV. The minimum remuneration for the position as Clerk for the Shipping Office is EUR 3,063.42 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
