The work here doesn't sit in a slide deck- it ends up in the field, in the hands of people for whom failure isn't an option.  About the Role  We're hiring a Talent & People Partner based in Singapore. This is a generalist seat with a recruiting lean. You'll split your time between building out HR programs that scale with the company, running full-cycle hiring for a range of roles, and helping leadership think clearly about headcount and workforce planning. You'll report to the Senior HR Executive in Singapore as well as the Head of HR and Talent Acquisitions in US to shape how Doodle Labs attracts, develops, and retains talent as we grow.  In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to hiring for Doodle Labs, owning the full recruiting lifecycle for critical positions across technical, commercial, and operational functions. You'll also build and manage HR programs that improve how we onboard, develop, and engage our team --- and help define what it means to work at Doodle Labs.  What You'll Do  Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions  Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offer structuring  Build, support and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives  Support headcount planning alongside leadership- tracking open roles, forecasting needs, and keeping hiring aligned with business priorities  Help shape Doodle Labs' employer brand and how we show up to candidates in the Singapore market and beyond  Support the broader People team on cross-functional projects as the company scales  What Success Looks Like  Strong recruiting outcomes with consistent hiring velocity across critical technical, commercial, and operational functions  Trusted partnerships with hiring managers built on clear communication and aligned interview design  Scalable HR programs that improve employee onboarding, engagement, and performance outcomes  Clear headcount visibility and workforce planning that keeps hiring aligned with business strategy  Employer brand that attracts strong talent to Singapore and supports recruitment across regions  Collaborative support to the broader People team on scaling HR functions and programs  Who You Are  2 – 5 years in HR, recruiting, or a blended people ops role- ideally in a scaling tech or hardware company  Comfortable owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infrastructure  Strong communicator- you'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates, and the quality of those relationships matters  Naturally curious about people, motivated to understand what drives candidates and employees  Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines and HR initiatives simultaneously  Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into recruiting and HR strategy  Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a fast-growing, scaling environment  Excited by autonomy, robotics, and building teams that do serious technical work  Preferred Qualifications Background recruiting for technical or engineering-focused roles  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics  Familiarity with HR best practices around performance management, compensation, and employee development  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field  Why Join Doodle Labs  Build the team behind cutting-edge technology powering the future of autonomous systems  Shape Doodle Labs' culture and employer brand as we scale from a close-knit team to an industry leader  Work alongside engineers and innovators solving real problems in defense, robotics, and autonomy  Direct impact on the company's growth --- your hiring decisions and HR initiatives matter strategically  High-ownership, high-trust environment where your work is visible and your voice is heard  Join a team that values clarity, authenticity, and doing work that matters  Benefits  Doodle Labs offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package built for people doing serious work.
