Your tasks
Job Duties
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, rooms, equipment and utilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guests.
- Support emergency repairs and be available for on-call duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building and Structure Maintenance or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience in building or maintenance work will be an added advantage.
