Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise floor staff and monitor performance. Resolve customer issues and support daily operations. Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups. Maintain order and cleanliness across departments. Prepare shift reports and update management.

Requirements:

Minimum of an ND in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 1–2 years’ supervisory or retail experience. Good leadership and multitasking ability. Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
