• Create cocktails and other beverages with consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory management, and minimal beverage wastage.
• Monitor beverage supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of bar equipment, tools, and glassware.
• Follow beverage recipes, standard operating procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with bar setup, opening preparations, and closing procedures.
