Export Sales Representative (M/F)

About the company

We are recruiting for our client, an industrial SME specializing in the railway sector, recognized for its technical expertise and know-how. Serving a professional clientele in France and internationally, this human-sized company is pursuing its development and wishes to strengthen its sales team by recruiting an Inside Sales Representative (M/F). Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure the management and follow-up of customer requests, from the receipt of inquiries to delivery and invoicing, in an environment with a strong international dimension.

Your tasks

Your main missions will be to

• Receive, analyze, and process requests from customers and prospects, in France and internationally
• Prepare commercial offers and quotes based on existing pricing databases
• Ensure the follow-up of commercial proposals and perform necessary follow-ups
• Record and track customer orders in the ERP until invoicing
• Ensure the administrative management of export operations: documents, transport, shipments, and file follow-up
• Organize and monitor deliveries in connection with carriers and suppliers
• Act as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and carriers to guarantee the proper execution of orders
• Update and ensure the reliability of commercial data in the ERP
• Participate in the smooth administrative functioning of the sales department.

Requirements

With a Bac+2 level of education such as a BTS in International Trade, BTS in SME Management, BTS in Sales Assistance, or equivalent, you ideally have successful experience in an Export Sales Administration (ADV Export) function, international sales assistance, or commercial management.

Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, is essential to ensure exchanges with international interlocutors.

Experience in managing export orders and monitoring international shipments will be particularly appreciated.

Knowledge of the industrial environment or technical trading is also an asset.

Organized, rigorous, and reactive, you are recognized for your sense of customer service, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

You enjoy teamwork and know how to coordinate different interlocutors to guarantee compliance with customer commitments.
