QHSE Aeronautical Quality Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for an inspiring FAI Quality Technician, motivated by excellence and performance, for one of our clients, an aeronautical industrial company in full expansion. Under the authority of the Operations Manager or the Quality Manager, you will be at the heart of preventing risks related to working conditions as well as issues related to personnel safety and the environment.

Working closely with the teams, the FAI Quality Technician: Pilots workshop, methods, and quality animations (internally and with suppliers); Pilots and ensures operator qualification; Consolidates and monitors the site's quality indicators; Drafts internal and external NCRs; Ensures the processing until the closure of all internal and supplier non-conformities; Defines or has defined internal curative and corrective actions and ensures their management; Pilots quality anomalies reported by the client and client quality feedback; Performs client deviations; Ensures compliant product delivery to the client; Assumes responsibility via the signing of COCs (certificate of conformity); Provides support for client or certification audits, participates in and pilots their execution; Performs internal and supplier audits; Ensures the conformity of the site's metrology (SAP monitoring, ensuring calibrations are up to date); Attests to the conformity of metrology certificates; May accompany the client during aircraft inspection; May perform product and process controls in accordance with internal and external requirements; Creates, adapts, or modifies QMS documentation if necessary in coordination with the quality team; Consolidates the documentary update of the company's management system.

Profile Description:

With a Bac+2 degree in QHSE, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the aeronautical field.

In addition, you are familiar with the following technical Authorizations/Certifications:

• PART 145
• PART 21G
• EN9100
• ISO9001

• Office suite (advanced for excel)
• Professional English
