We are recruiting, for our client, which is a French subsidiary of an international leader in transport and logistics, specializing in chartering and the organization of national and international freight.

Your missions: Reception and processing of client emails/calls within deadlines and procedures

Initiating solution searches with agencies

Processing complaints, providing information and advice to clients

Alerting on recurring malfunctions

Reporting relevant information to management

Occasional management of a client portfolio
