We are currently looking for a Sous Chef in Paxoi, who will join the team of Agali Hotel Paxoi, for the 2026 season. Sous Chef Requirements It would be useful to have: At least 2 years of required experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety procedures Good knowledge of the English language
