Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton We are currently looking for a Pastry Cook for the 5* hotel Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton in Rhodes, for the 2026 season.

Duties: Preparation of a wide variety of pastry items following traditional and modern recipes. Creation of new and exciting desserts for the renewal of our menus and to attract customer interest. Decoration of sweets, using different types of glaze, coatings, etc., to ensure a beautiful and impressive appearance. Monitoring stocks of basic ingredients, such as flour, sugar, etc., and placing appropriate orders within the budget. Checking the quality of ingredients, the condition of the equipment and the appliances used in preparation. Maintaining a clean and tidy station and complying with health and safety standards.
