Currently, we are looking for a Groom in Zakynthos, who will join the Domes Aulus Zante team, for the 2026 season.
Groom
The role: The Groom (Bellboy) at Domes Resorts is responsible for providing excellent service to guests, assisting with luggage, informing them about the hotel's facilities and services, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay. The position holder creates the first and last positive impression for our guests. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Welcome & Departure Welcomes and bids farewell to guests with a friendly and polite attitude. Assists with luggage handling, loading/unloading from vehicles, and accompanies guests to their rooms. Ensures a smooth check-in and check-out process, in close cooperation with the reception and the concierge team. Luggage/Parcel Transport & Delivery Safely transports luggage and personal items to and from rooms. Delivers parcels and other items to rooms, upon relevant request. Safely stores luggage for early arrivals or late departures in specially designed areas. Guest Information & Support Provides accurate information regarding services, hotel facilities, and local attractions. Answers guest inquiries and offers suggestions for dining, entertainment, and transportation. Collaborates with the concierge for personalized guest service. Guest Transportation Organizes transportation services (taxi, airport shuttle, private transfers) upon relevant request. Ensures guest safety by adhering to driving rules inside/outside the hotel. Safety & Protection Follows all safety protocols when interacting with guests. Reports any suspicious activity or security concern to management. Requirements
It is useful to have: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role (bellboy, valet, concierge) is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory. Experience in customer service is beneficial. Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages are an advantage). Valid Category B driving license.
