Currently, we are looking for a Retail Seller/Saleswoman in Rhodes, who will join the team, for the 2026 season.
The role: The role of the Salesperson in a Domes Resorts store is crucial for increasing sales and enhancing the satisfaction of our guests. It requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, sales expertise, and a passion for fashion. The successful retail salesperson will contribute to the overall success of the store, creating memorable shopping experiences and reinforcing the highest level of service to the guests of Domes Resorts.
Some of the responsibilities: Customer Service & Product Promotion: Responsible for the warm welcome of customers as soon as they enter the store, offering assistance for any of their needs. Providing advice and suggestions, accompanying customers in the selection of products, while simultaneously providing information on product features, their uses, and available options; by primarily understanding the customers' needs, we suggest the most suitable products. Handling inquiries or any customer objections with politeness and professionalism. Inventory Management and Store Organization Organizing and placing products on the shelves, thus enhancing the appearance of the store, so as to attract customers and allow for easy browsing. Monitoring product inventory and ordering new items. Cashier Service and Payment Management Responsible for opening and closing the cash register, as well as reporting payments, managing cash, and generally ensuring the accuracy of the till. Accurate handling of product return or exchange procedures, according to the Domes store policy. Requirements It would be useful to have: Graduate of a tourism or similar school At least 2 seasons of experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of the English language Knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable
