Located in the heart of nature in Isère, the Domaine de Suzel is a 4-star hotel recognized for the quality of its welcome, its convivial brasserie, its gastronomic restaurant, its spa, its seminar and reception spaces, as well as its numerous events throughout the year.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Receptionist (M/F) passionate about hospitality and customer service.

Your missions

• Welcome guests with professionalism, conviviality, and a smile.
• Manage arrivals, departures, and reservations.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest requests.
• Inform and advise guests on the services of the Domaine and the tourist activities of the region.
• Ensure the administrative management of stays (billing, payments, file follow-up).
• Coordinate requests with the different departments (accommodation, catering, spa, housekeeping, sales).
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Participate in the marketing of rooms and the services of the Domaine.
• Guarantee the proper upkeep of the reception and compliance with internal procedures.

Your profile

• You have initial experience in hotel reception or in a reception position.
• You possess an excellent sense of service and customer relations.
• You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities.
• You are proficient in IT tools.
• Proficiency in English is essential. A second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of a hotel management software (PMS) would be appreciated.
