In this position, you will take over the technical management and coordination of international construction projects in the field of Facility Management. In doing so, you will accompany new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects throughout the entire project cycle and simultaneously participate actively in legal management.

You will work closely with internal specialist departments, external partners, and authorities, and you will shape standards and processes for our locations and support the organization in complying with legally compliant plant operation.

Your area of responsibility

• Planning, management, and coordination of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects at home and abroad
• Representation of the client side in international construction projects
• Advising internal clients regarding technical requirements and optimal solutions
• Preparation of drafts, cost estimates, as well as ongoing cost and quality control
• Cooperation with internal project teams as well as external partners such as planning offices, construction companies, and authorities
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategic measures in the construction sector
• Creation and further development of technical standards and regulations for our locations
• Responsibility for legal management, such as organization and coordination of submission documents, administration of notices and requirements, updating technical legal registers, etc.

Qualifications What you bring with you

• Completed technical training in the field of civil engineering, preferably structural engineering (e.g., HTL, FH, university, or comparable training)
• Several years of professional experience in the execution of construction projects (e.g., commercial, infrastructure, or residential construction)
• Interest in international construction projects as well as technical legal and authority processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as a professional and customer-oriented appearance
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Temporal and local flexibility as well as willingness to travel

A market-conforming salary is offered for this position, which is based on specific qualifications and adequate professional experience. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (wood processing industry), the annual minimum gross salary for this position is 47,587 EUR.
