As a Requirements Manager, you will be part of our CC Digital Engineering and will be responsible for developing efficient processes for the planning of support/working/facade scaffolding. For this purpose, existing as well as new software applications are intended.

• Understanding, analyzing, and documenting the requirements of scaffolding
• Joint definition of the scope for planning based on the previous analysis
• Translating these business requirements into technical requirements as well as comparing them with the standard software
• Creation of Use Cases as well as functional and software Requirements, if the standard software is not suitable for this
• Introduction of scaffolding software into the organization combined with training
• Organization of acceptance tests and responsibility for conceptual and test readiness
• Identifying costs, efforts, and required implementation steps
• Conceptual activities in the area of process modeling as well as visualization and documentation
• Coordination with other departments/organizations and Doka branches in different countries
• Active participation in the specification and prioritization of the Backlog for new features

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience and knowledge in scaffolding
• Quick comprehension as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Initiative and independent working
• Knowledge in the visualization and documentation of software requirements
• A sense for the essential wishes of stakeholders paired with organizational talent and perseverance in complex matters
• Project management knowledge and initial experience with agile and hybrid working methods desirable
• Very good English skills
• Open and flexible team player with high solution orientation

A market-conforming salary is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (wood processing industry), the annual minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 46,290.44.
