We make it work. 1 Project Assistant Process Management & SAP (m/f/d) Goal of the position
In this position, you will actively participate in the introduction, further development, and international rollout of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Yard Operations. Together with specialist departments and operational teams, you will work to make processes more efficient, transparent, and digital. You will accompany central processes such as material receipt, quality inspection, refurbishment, and material delivery, and support the optimal integration of SAP solutions into the operational processes.
Your tasks
- Design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in the area of Yard Operations
- Functional support of the SAP module PP for the refurbishment process
- Adaptation and further development of the SAP standard and the operational requirements of goods receipt and goods issue
- Active participation and coordination of the integration into SAP
- Creation, coordination, and maintenance of process documentation
- Execution of system tests, user training, and support during the rollout
Qualifications
What you bring to the table
- Completed technical or economic education (e.g., HTL, FH, or university)
- Interest in processes, digitalization, and ERP/SAP systems
- Initial experience in the areas of logistics, production, process management, or project work is an advantage
- Prior SAP knowledge (e.g., PP, MM, or QM) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Structured and analytical way of working, as well as strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
- Good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel in an international environment (approx. 20 %)

A market-conforming salary is offered for this position, which is based on specific qualifications and adequate professional experience.
We are nevertheless legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (wood processing industry), the annual minimum gross salary for this position is 47,586.56 EUR on a full-time basis.
