We make it work. 1 (Junior) SAP Inhouse Specialist for Yard Operations (m/f/d) Objective of the position

In this role, you will actively participate in the implementation, further development, and international rollout of SAP in the area of Yard Operations.

You will accompany central processes such as material receipt, quality inspection, refurbishment, as well as material delivery and ensure a smooth integration of SAP solutions into the operational processes.

The goal is to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency, and process quality in the Yard.

Tasks

• Design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in the area of Yard Operations

• Functional support of the SAP module PP for the refurbishment process

• Adaptation and further development of the SAP standard and the operational requirements of goods receipt and goods issue

• Active participation and coordination of the integration into SAP

• Creation, coordination, and maintenance of process documentation

• Execution of system tests, user training, and support during the rollout

Qualifications

• Completed technical or economic education (HTL, FH, university)

• Experience in the areas of logistics, Yard Operations, or production

• Previous knowledge in the area of SAP PP or other modules is an advantage

• Initial project management experience is desirable

• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and interest in cross-process collaboration

• Willingness to travel (approx. 50 %)

• Good English skills in speaking and writing (level B2)

However, we are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (wood processing industry), the annual minimum gross salary for this position is 47,586.56 EUR on a full-time basis.
