• You will take an active role in the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA in the controlling environment.
• You will play a decisive role in the further development and standardization of processes in the area of Finance & Controlling.
• You will work closely with specialist departments and international stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for business management questions.
• You will analyze financial key figures, recognize trends, and derive concrete recommendations for action for management.
• You will design the optimization of reporting, planning, and controlling processes and drive digitalization in the finance area.
• You will support the team in day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or economic education (HAK, FH, university, or comparable) with several years of professional experience in controlling or the finance area.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Very good SAP knowledge in the FI/CO environment (especially CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA, and PS).
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or a great interest in actively shaping the transformation in this environment.
• Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and modern controlling tools.
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with reporting and planning systems.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high standard of quality.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 47,587 based on full-time employment.
