Job description

Roles & responsibilities

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures following engineering plans and safety regulations to ensure stability and worker safety.

Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding before and after use, identifying any hazards or structural issues to maintain compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate closely with site managers and construction teams to coordinate the scaffolding needs for various projects and adjust plans as necessary.

Utilize specialized tools and equipment, such as scaffolding ties, planks, and brackets, ensuring proper installation and secure assembly.

Desired candidate profile

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, with vocational training in scaffolding being a strong advantage.

Valid scaffolding certification from a recognized body, demonstrating expertise in safe scaffolding practices and regulations.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, ideally in construction or industrial settings, showcasing a proven track record.

Experience working on large-scale projects, such as commercial buildings or infrastructure, emphasizing ability to handle complexity.
