In direct collaboration with the managers of the various teams, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and helping them recruit the most suitable people. This is a central position at Doctrine, and you will contribute directly to our growth. You will be part of the People team and will report to our DRH, Gabrielle de Luppé, and in addition to the hiring managers, you will work daily with four other TAMs who know Doctrine perfectly. We offer you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the roles within a tech company, and to progressively build your autonomy across all recruitment stages, from sourcing to closing. You will also contribute to our employer brand initiatives in the broadest sense, and help us improve Doctrine's recruitment processes.
Missions Understand the organization's needs and the types of profiles suited to them
Participate in the analysis and selection of received applications
Actively contact candidates on different channels, emphasizing a direct and personal relationship
Conduct interviews independently, both remotely and in person
Be a partner to candidates, ensuring their experience is as pleasant and efficient as possible
Be a partner to managers, exchanging regularly with them about different candidates and their needs
Propose and implement improvements to Doctrine's recruitment processes
Propose and contribute to employer brand initiatives (trade fairs, communication, experience sharing, quality...)
Profile You have proven experience in recruitment within a startup / scale-up environment.
You have excellent interpersonal skills; you know how to easily establish high-quality human contact
You are known to be a true business partner for hiring managers
You are able to take a data-oriented approach and manage your recruitment activity through data
The direct approach has no secrets from you
You speak English fluently and mastery of Spanish is a plus!

Our recruitment process 🚀 An initial 30-minute exchange with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to fully understand your professional project and present what we are building at Doctrine A 1-hour meeting with your future manager, to detail the position and the team's scope, but also to answer all your questions. One or two technical tests to concretely evaluate your skills A visit to our offices for: lunch with 3 people from different departments at Doctrine, to give you a glimpse of your future colleagues; an exchange on company values to share our vision, and a meeting with our CEO, Guillaume. (if necessary, the process can be adapted to meet your personal and professional constraints)
