We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting Team in our Paris office.

As a Coordinator, you will focus on three essential pillars: providing an exceptional candidate experience, mastering the scheduling of technical and product interviews (often complex), and continuously improving our interview processes. This role will give you a complete vision of recruitment, while mobilizing your organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and developing your interpersonal skills through multi-stakeholder coordination. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team, spread across the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy.

Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Candidate experience: you will be responsible for communication materials (emails, messages, calendar invitations, etc.) to ensure that candidates have clear information about their upcoming interviews. You will be a key point of contact and will work hand-in-hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest experience possible.
  • Interview scheduling: you will manage the scheduling of various formats, from individual online interviews to case study panels in our offices. You will adapt and optimize scheduling to best reconcile the constraints of both candidates and teams.
  • Recruitment process optimization: you will contribute to making processes more flexible, efficient, and comfortable for everyone. You will participate in the design of interview stages, track scheduling indicators (time to schedule, time to interview, etc.), and take charge of your own continuous improvement projects.
