Internship - FP&A Analyst (x/f/m) - March 2027

The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship to contribute to the financial reporting and strategic support of Doctolib. You will work closely with a team of 6 people and will have the opportunity to discover all the activities of the team.
Your missions
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be integrated into the FP&A team and work on diversified missions touching upon the financial management of Doctolib.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monthly closings and financial reporting: contribute to monthly accounting closings, preparation of the monthly group reporting for the COMEX and contribution to the quarterly deck for the Board
Strategic management support: assist in the preparation of presentations for various members of the COMEX and ensure the monitoring of operational KPIs via our BI tools (Tableau and Metabase)
Budget monitoring: track budgetary assumptions, participate in the construction of quarterly forecasts and support operational teams
Optimization of reporting processes (using AI to ensure reliability and improve our processes)
Ad-hoc missions on various financial topics

You could be the next member of our team if you:
are a Master 1 or 2 student from a business school or equivalent with a specialization in finance/management control, and are looking for a gap year/end-of-studies internship
are recognized for your organization and rigor, while knowing how to be proactive
like and are able to manage several projects simultaneously
possess excellent written and oral communication skills
speak English fluently
It would be fantastic if you:
have a first experience with ERP/EPM software (SAP, Anaplan)
have an interest in AI
