INTERNSHIP – PERFORMANCE PROJECTS ANALYST (X/F/M)

We are looking for a Global Performance Project Officer to join the Global Performance team in Nantes.

At Doctolib, we create solutions that help healthcare professionals focus on care and allow everyone to better prevent, detect, and treat health problems. Within the Global Performance team, you will contribute to strategic projects with a strong dimension of coordination and management, within an international scope covering France, Germany, and Italy.

Your internship will be 100% dedicated to strategic project management. You will work with various stakeholders to structure activities, manage priorities, monitor performance, and move projects forward.

YOUR MISSIONS

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the management of strategic projects, with a strong dimension of coordination.
• Managing priorities and contributing to the creation and/or reorganization of teams and their activities.
• Monitoring and coordinating the different phases of projects with various stakeholders.
• Performing performance analyses and contributing to the management of projects lasting 6 months to 1 year, in support of two senior profiles.
• Occasionally participating in other team projects, as needed.

• Are finishing your studies in a business school, in the second part of a gap year, returning to studies, or undergoing career change.
• Wish to deepen your experience in project management and/or process optimization.
• Have a very good level of English, both spoken and written, which is essential for evolving in an international environment covering France, Germany, and Italy.
• Have an excellent command of Excel and are structured, organized, and able to manage your priorities effectively.
• Are a solid, proactive person oriented towards problem-solving, with a good team spirit, good communication skills, and the desire to use artificial intelligence tools in your work.

It would be fantastic if:

• You have already worked with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Zuora, or SQL.
• You speak German or Italian (optional).

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• 30-minute HR interview
• 45-minute interview with Valentina, your future manager
• Completion of a practical case in English for 1 hour with Valentina

JOB DETAILS

• Full-time internship
• Duration: 6 months
• Desired start date: January 2027
• Work location: Nantes
• Remuneration: To be defined according to level of study
